About me

Explaining yourself in words often becomes a list that really gives an incomplete picture. I am a 40ish year old Christian woman that has been blessed with a wonderful life. I am a mother to two amazing boys. I currently teach 2nd grade in an inner city school with a very diverse population, and I love it!

My darling husband is very patient with me and my over commitments. I believe that it is important to be involved in your community and practice that too regularly. I am extremely involved in our local children’s theatre and spend a great deal of time volunteering there. I also have lead a parent support group for parents with children that have ADHD or are on the Autism spectrum.

I stumbled on your blog and noticed that we have a few things in common. I, too, am a Christian, a teacher, and a mother of 3 boys (1 bio, 2 step). My youngest ss has ADHD, ODD, PTSD as well as bipolar disorder. I look forward to reading your posts.
